Job Description:

Admin

  • Monitor monthly attendance and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Generate daily reports summarizing key operational metrics and activities.
  • Handle documentation tasks including contract agreement preparation, maintenance cost tracking, and report generation.
  • Coordinate team activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Convey instructions from management to team members and clarify any queries they may have.
  • Maintain effective communication with peers and other departments, fostering cooperation and enthusiasm.
  • Accept constructive criticism and take appropriate action to address feedback.
  • Create and update production, erection, and service backlogs in Zoho or similar software on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate the conveyance of team members as needed, ensuring timely transportation arrangements.

Skills Required

  • Any graduate or related field preferred.
  • Both fresher and experience candidates can apply.
  • Prior experience in operations coordination or similar roles preferred.

Charted Accountant

  • Maintaining accounts receivable, document bills and supporting documentation.
  • Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures.
  • Updating financial records via accounting software.
  • Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line.
  • Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheets.
  • Perform and maintain record of journal and account entries by compiling and analyzing accounting activities.
  • Prepare and maintain bank and general ledger account reconciliations and investigate variances for correction.
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries related to financial transactions.
  • Process accounts payable invoices, primarily purchase order invoices.
  • Process bank/check related functions, such as deposits, voids, cancels, reissues, bank lookup, file processing, balancing and controlling.
  • Provides attention to detail and precise reporting through verbal and written communication skills.

Skills Required

  • B.com/PA/CA graduate and PG or related field preferred.
